Description

The Citronic MFZ160-RGBW is a 160W mini Fresnel stage light built for smooth, flat washes over shorter distances. It uses four 40W RGBW COB LEDs to produce a controlled, flicker free beam, which makes it a good fit for stages, small venues and video work where visible flicker on camera is a problem. The manual zoom lets you set the beam angle anywhere from 30° to 58°, and the effective throw runs up to 5m, so you can tune the coverage to the space you are working in.

Pre-fitted barn doors let you shape the beam and stop spill where you do not want it, giving you tighter control over the wash. On the back of the unit a digital control panel handles the internal auto, sound-activated and static programs, so you can run the fixture on its own without any external control. When you need to link it into a larger rig, it works over 4 or 8 channel DMX-512 (DMX being the standard control protocol for stage lighting), and master/slave mode lets several units follow one lead fixture.

The build leans towards regular touring and install use. Twist and lock power connections give secure power in and out, DMX runs on standard 3-pin XLR in and out, and a heavy duty mounting bracket handles rigging. The unit runs on 100 to 240Vac at 50/60Hz with a power consumption of 180W, measures 463 x 340 x 260mm and weighs 5.4kg.
