Description
The Citronic MFZ100-W is a 100W mini Fresnel stage light built for smooth, flat washes over shorter distances. It uses two COB LEDs, one 50W cool white and one 50W warm white, so you can mix a colour temperature to suit the room or the mood. With a CRI of 92, skin tones and set colours stay natural on camera, and the beam is video flicker free for filmed and streamed work.
Manual zoom lets you set the beam angle anywhere from 30 to 58 degrees at up to 5m throw, and the pre-fitted barn doors let you shape and control spill where you need it. You can run the fixture straight from its digital control panel using the internal auto, sound-activated and static programs, or bring it into a wider rig over 2 or 6 channel DMX-512. Master/slave mode links several units so they behave as one.
Connections are made through twist and lock power in and out, along with 3-pin XLR DMX in and out, which keeps a run tidy and secure once it is locked off. A heavy duty mounting bracket is fitted as standard, so hanging or standing the light is straightforward. The unit measures 463 x 340 x 260mm and weighs 5.4kg, and it runs on 100 to 240Vac at 50/60Hz, drawing 120W in use. It suits small stages, houses of worship, studios and video work where a controlled short-throw wash is the priority.
