Description

This is the high frequency compression driver from the Citronic CORVA series, built to drive the horn flare in high power PA cabinets. It uses a 50mm (2") titanium diaphragm mated to a 75mm (3") Kapton voice coil, handling up to 150Wrms and 300W maximum. Titanium keeps the moving mass low, at just over 40g, which helps the driver stay accurate and efficient across the top end.

With an 8 ohm impedance and a frequency response of 800Hz to 20kHz, this unit covers the upper frequencies that commercial sound reinforcement enclosures rely on. Sensitivity sits at 105dB/mW, so it produces the high SPLs needed without demanding excessive power. The ceramic magnet weighs 1.75kg (62oz), and the throat measures 50mm (2") to match standard horn flares.

We supply this as a direct replacement for the Citronic CORVA-12 and CORVA-15 cabinets, in both active and passive versions. If a driver has failed or lost output in one of those enclosures, this is the correct part to fit. Overall dimensions are 125 x 225mm with a total weight of 4.5kg, and the diaphragm assembly measures 140 x 110 x 30mm.
