Description
The Citronic CMA-6 is a compact mixer with six mono input channels, a stereo line input and a further stereo minijack input. Each mono mic/line channel uses a combo XLR/jack input, with +48V phantom power switchable in pairs for the XLR connections. Every mono channel has a Gain control for matching the input source, a low-cut switch to filter out rumble and microphone handling noise, plus High and Low EQ controls and an FX level control. Pairs of mono channels can be linked to act as a stereo left and right pair when you need them.
The onboard DSP effects engine offers 99 presets covering delay, reverb and modulation, each adjustable using two parameter controls. The effects section is foot-switchable, so you can bring effects in and out during a performance without reaching for the desk. A Bluetooth v5.1 receiver has an illuminated pairing button and its own independent volume control, handy for background music or backing tracks. The USB type-A port on the top panel plays back audio files, records the main outputs to a USB storage device, or works as an external audio device when connected to a laptop or PC/Mac.
Output is delivered through a pair of balanced XLR connectors for low-noise operation in the studio or on stage, with a 6.3mm headphone jack for monitoring. Power comes from a USB type-C supply (a 5Vdc adaptor is included), and the USB type-A connection also provides aux power for connected devices. Frequency response runs from 20Hz to 22kHz (±1dB) with THD+N below 0.05% at 1kHz. The mixer ships in a padded transit bag so it stays protected between jobs.
