Description

The Citronic CASA-10BA is an active subwoofer with a built-in class D amplifier rated at 300W RMS. It uses a 10" front-loaded driver behind a protective steel grille, giving you low-end warmth and clean transients to fill out a PA or club setup. The cabinet is made from 15mm MDF with a durable texture paint finish, and two side carry handles plus a 35mm pole mount socket make it straightforward to move and rig.

The amplifier section has stereo line inputs and outputs, so you can run it as a single mono sub with stereo tops or pair one sub with each top speaker. Balanced XLR line inputs include a parallel link output to pass the signal on to further active speakers, and the balanced XLR outputs have a switchable high pass crossover to feed your active top cabinets. A phase switch helps you avoid sound cancellation and time-align multiple speakers, and an output level control lets you set the sub against the rest of your system.

Power comes from a 230Vac 50Hz IEC supply. The CASA-10BA is a natural match for the rest of the CASA range and works just as well alongside other active full range cabinets. The 15" and 18" models in the range include mounting points for castors (US: casters), though this compact 10" version keeps things light and easy to carry between gigs. It suits mobile DJs, small venues and anyone who wants a portable low-frequency boost without the bulk.

Yes. The stereo line inputs and outputs let you use it as a mono sub with stereo tops, with a switchable high pass filter on the outputs to feed your active top cabinets.
