Description

This Citronic audio lead pairs two 6.3mm mono jack plugs with two male XLR connectors over a 0.75m run. It's built for the kind of signal routing you find in live and studio setups, connecting mixers, DI boxes and outboard gear where you need to split or combine two channels between jack and XLR ends. The 6.3mm jack is often called a quarter-inch jack, and both terms refer to the same connector here.

The cable itself is a twinned high-grade design, with each conductor made from 12 strands of 0.1mm pure copper. There's cotton reinforcement running through the build and a shielded construction to keep interference at bay, so your signal stays clean across the length of the lead. The overall cable measures 5mm in diameter per core, giving you a solid feel without being stiff or awkward to coil.

The connectors are die-cast rather than moulded plastic, and the soldered joints are machine-made for consistency. The jacket is a soft-grip rubberised finish that resists tangling, which helps when you're packing down after a session or reaching into a crowded rack. At 0.75m this is a short lead, well suited to patching between units sitting close together rather than long cable runs across a stage.
