Description

The Chord SQC1-BK is a quick release capo built for acoustic or electric guitar. Squeezing the two sprung levers together releases its grip on the neck, so you can remove, replace or shift position in a moment. That makes it handy during a song change or when you want to try a passage in a different key without stopping to fumble with screws or straps.

Rubberised grip surfaces sit against the strings and the back of the neck, applying firm, even pressure across the fret. This helps hold each string down cleanly for clear notes, while the softer contact points guard against marking or damaging the finish of your guitar. The sprung mechanism keeps the capo closed until you squeeze it, so it stays put through playing and travel.

At 145 x 12 x 95mm and 76g, it is light enough to clip on your headstock between uses and small enough to drop in a gig bag pocket. The black finish keeps it discreet on stage.
