The Chord H2BW is a pair of drum sticks made from hickory, one of the most widely used woods for sticks thanks to its strength and good flexibility. Hickory also absorbs shock well, so it takes some of the sting out of long playing sessions and stands up to steady use on rim shots and hard hitting.

These come in the 2BW size, a heavier stick suited to players who want a bit more weight and volume behind each hit. They're part of a range of Chord hickory sticks available in various sizes with wood or nylon tips, so you can match the feel and sound you're after. This pair has wood tips, which give a warmer tone off the cymbals and drum heads.
