Description

The Chord GB-CB1 is a soft padded gig bag made for classical guitars. It uses 10mm of internal foam to cushion the body of your instrument during transport and everyday storage, so knocks and bumps are less likely to reach the guitar itself. Zip fasteners run around the opening to keep the guitar secure inside the bag while you carry it.

Carrying options are covered by a top handle plus a pair of backpack shoulder straps, so you can hold the bag by hand or wear it on your back when your hands are full. A reflective strip is stitched into the bag to help with visibility at night, which is useful if you walk to gigs or rehearsals after dark. There is also a spacious front pocket, handy for holding leads, a tuner, spare strings and other accessories.

This bag is part of a wider Chord range of gig bags, with versions made for electric, western, classical and bass guitars. In the UK we tend to say gig bag, while you may see the same item called a soft case in the US. The GB-CB1 covered here is the classical fit, giving day to day protection without the weight of a hard case.
