The Chord CAL63M-BK is a traditionally styled electric guitar built for players who want a familiar shape and a versatile sound without spending a lot. Three single coil pickups run through a 5-way lever selector, giving you a good spread of tones from bright and cutting to warmer, rounder settings. Controls are kept simple with two tone knobs and a single master volume, so you can dial in a sound quickly and get on with playing.

The body is contoured basswood with a bolt-on maple neck, a combination that keeps the weight down at 3.84kg and makes the guitar comfortable to hold for longer sessions. The neck carries 22 medium frets over a maple fingerboard, with a nut width of 42mm and a scale length of 648mm. The bridge uses a chrome vintage style vibrato system, known in the US as a tremolo, which lets you add pitch bends and subtle wobble to your playing.
