The Chord ANM-35 is a neckband microphone built for use with VHF and UHF bodypack transmitters. It sits over the ears and holds the capsule in place near the mouth, so you can keep both hands free while you speak, sing or lead a class. That makes it a practical choice for performers and fitness instructors who need to move around and stay heard.

At the heart of the ANM-35 is a cardioid condenser capsule. The cardioid pattern picks up sound from the front while rejecting more of what comes from behind, which helps keep unwanted room noise and feedback down when you are working with a PA system. Connection is through a threaded 3.5mm mono jack (sometimes called a 1/8 inch jack in the US), and the thread helps keep the plug secure in the transmitter socket during active use.

The microphone works with Chord, Citronic and QTX bodypack transmitters, and it also plugs into most laptop mic inputs if you want to use it for recording or video calls. The neckband is finished in black to keep it discreet on stage or in front of a group. If you already run one of the compatible wireless systems, the ANM-35 gives you a simple, comfortable headset option that pairs straight in and gets you working.
