Description

This AV:Link lead connects an HDMI socket to a Micro HDMI port, so you can link a TV or monitor to smaller devices like cameras, tablets and single board computers. It measures 1.5m, which gives enough reach for most desk and living room setups without leaving too much slack. The cable is built to the High Speed HDMI 2.0 standard and carries both video and audio down a single line.

You get 4K support at 3840 x 2160p up to 60Hz, along with a data transfer rate of 10.2Gbps. The nickel plated connectors help keep a steady contact, and the lead handles the main 3D video formats for both input and output. Built in Ethernet lets compatible devices share a network connection over the same cable, and the Audio Return Channel (ARC) sends sound back from the screen, so you can drop a separate audio cable in many setups.

The cable has a 6.0mm diameter and weighs 75g, so it stays flexible and easy to route behind furniture. It works with HDMI ready TVs, smart devices, cameras and video gear, and it also suits the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B, which uses Micro HDMI outputs. It arrives in a resealable BOPP bag, handy if you need to store it between jobs. If you want to run a laptop, camera or Pi to a full size HDMI display, this lead covers the connection in one part.
