Description

This lead connects a 5-pin DIN 41524 plug to two RCA (phono) sockets, giving you a way to route analogue audio from DIN-fitted equipment through to standard RCA connections. The DIN plug is wired to pin 3 and pin 5, which handle the left and right audio channels, so you can feed the signal into an amplifier or other kit that takes RCA inputs.

The cable measures 1.2m in length, which suits most desk and rack setups where the source and amplifier sit close together. Each core has a diameter of 2.6mm and uses a 10/10mm conductor, and the two RCA sockets are colour-coded in the usual way to keep left and right channels clear when you plug things in. Total weight is 120g, so it stays out of the way once connected.

We supply the lead in a resealable retail bag, so it is easy to store away when it is not in use.
