Description

The Aries is a 4 light crystal chandelier built around a square polished nickel frame with cut glass crystal droplets suspended from all four sides and an opal glass diffuser panel at the base. Four E14 bulbs (sold separately) sit inside the frame above the opal panel, which softens the direct light output while the crystals refract and scatter light horizontally across the room.

Designed for dining tables in rooms with standard 2.4m ceiling heights, the 291mm drop allows the chandelier to hang 600-750mm above a table surface without dominating sightlines. The square footprint suits rectangular dining tables and kitchen islands better than round chandeliers, distributing light evenly along the length of the table. The polished nickel frame pairs with both warm neutrals and cooler grey-toned interiors, and the reflective finish amplifies available natural light during daytime.

The crystal droplets are cut glass rather than acrylic, giving sharper prismatic effects when lit. Each droplet hangs independently on a nickel-plated pin, creating slight movement when air circulates in the room. The opal glass base panel hides the bulb holders and wiring from below, presenting a clean underside rather than exposed lamp fittings. The frame accepts standard UK ceiling roses and the height is fixed on installation — this is not an adjustable-drop fitting.

Cut glass crystals can be wiped with a dry microfibre cloth while the chandelier is switched off and cool. For deeper cleaning, individual crystals can be removed from their pins, washed in warm water with a drop of washing-up liquid, rinsed and dried before re-hanging.
