Alderworth Tiffany Wall Light - Blue

The Alderworth wall light is a compact Tiffany-style fitting, 350mm wide and 207mm high, standing only 140mm out from the wall. The dragonfly motif is set into leaded glass in blue, with the wings cut from individual pieces and leaded into a metal frame on a backplate, so light washes up the wall and out into the room. It takes one E14 golf bulb up to 40W, supplied separately, and weighs 1.1kg. The shallow projection is what makes it easy to place in a tight spot.

Dust with a dry soft cloth once the bulb is cool, and wipe marks with a barely damp cloth, keeping sprays and solvents off the leaded seams. It is dimmable with a suitable bulb and switch, and it is a Class 2 double-insulated fitting, so no earth is needed. It is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms.
