Description

The Aegean is a 580mm table lamp built around a hand-forged polished nickel scroll base in an elongated cage form, topped with a cut glass sconce and a pleated ivory fabric shade. The base is formed from multiple curved nickel bands that meet at top and bottom mounts, creating a three-dimensional geometric frame. The polished nickel finish reflects ambient light and provides contrast against the soft texture of the pleated shade.

Designed for side tables, console tables and desks in living rooms, bedrooms and hallways, the Aegean provides ambient light filtered through the fabric shade. The lamp takes a single E27 bulb (sold separately), allowing the user to choose the wattage and colour temperature that suits the room. The cut glass sconce between the base and shade acts as a decorative separator and adds refraction when the lamp is lit.

The scroll base is hand-forged, meaning small variations in the curve radius and band spacing occur between individual lamps.
