Description

Our Adastra vented rack blanking panels fill the empty spaces in a 19" rack while letting air move through. They are made from powder coated steel with ventilation slots cut across the face, so warm air can escape rather than building up around your gear. The finish is a matt black powder coat that sits neatly alongside most other rack equipment.

Blanking panels do two jobs. They tidy up the front of a rack by covering unused U spaces, and they help manage airflow so heat is guided the way you want it. These panels are the vented type, which means they suit racks where equipment runs warm and you want some passive cooling rather than a solid seal. They mount using the standard 19" rack rails, and we offer them in four sizes so you can match the gap you need to fill.

The panels use the usual rack unit measurement, where 1U is one rack space, so you can pick the height that matches your empty section. Powder coated steel gives a hard wearing surface that stands up to knocks and handling in a busy rack. Fitting is straightforward with standard rack screws through the mounting holes.
