Description
The Adastra V-122 is a dual zone mixer-amplifier built for distributed audio in commercial and leisure venues. It uses a class-D amplifier section to feed two independent public address zones, each of which can run on 100V line or low impedance loads of 4 to 8 Ohms. A rotary selector on each zone lets you switch between two unbalanced line inputs, an auxiliary input or the internal audio player, so the two areas can play different sources at the same time.
Playback options are built in. The V-122 includes a DAB+/FM receiver, a USB/SD MP3 player and Bluetooth 5.0, giving you flexible ways to send music or spoken announcements around the building without adding extra kit. There are three balanced mic/line channels that stay live to both zones at all times, with switchable phantom power (+20V) and selectable priority on channel 1 for paging. Channels 1 to 3 can be connected via front jacks or rear combo XLR and screw terminals, so the amp suits both quick setups and permanent installs.
Each zone has its own bass and treble EQ, plus an unbalanced line output (RCA) if you need to add further amplifiers and grow the system later. Speaker connections use screw terminal blocks marked for 100V, 8 Ohm, 4 Ohm and common. The unit runs from a 170 to 264Vac IEC mains supply and measures 435 x 273 x 88mm with the feet removed, sitting in a standard rack or on a shelf. With its mix of inputs and media sources, the V-122 works as a single-box control point for background music and paging.

Frequently Asked
How many zones does the V-122 drive?
Two independent public address zones. Each zone can run on 100V line or low impedance loads of 4 to 8 Ohms, and each has its own source selector and EQ.
What audio sources are built in?
A DAB+/FM receiver, a USB/SD MP3 player and Bluetooth 5.0. These feed the internal audio player section, which either zone can select.
Can I use it for paging announcements?
Yes. The three mic/line channels stay live to both zones at all times, and channel 1 has selectable priority so it can duck the other sources during an announcement.
What inputs are provided?
Three mic/line channels (jack, XLR or screw), two line inputs (RCA) and an auxiliary input on RCA or 3.5mm. Switchable +20V phantom power is available on the XLR inputs.
Can I expand the system with more amplifiers?
Yes. Each zone has an unbalanced line output on RCA, so you can pass the signal to further amplifiers to cover additional areas.
Will it fit in a standard rack?
It measures 435 x 273 x 88mm with the feet removed, so it fits standard rack and shelf setups.
