Description

The Adastra TR86 is a wall-mounted touch remote for the RZ45 audio matrix system. It fits into a single gang 86 x 86mm wall plate, giving you neat local control in each zone without cluttering the space. The acrylic touch surface is hygienic and easy to wipe down, and it stays illuminated with colour coded indicators so you can see the selected source and status at a glance.

From the panel you can switch between three stereo audio sources or the inbuilt media player on the RZ45, and set the output level for that zone. A mono line level signal can also be wired into the panel through screw terminals, giving you an independent local source at the wall if you need one. Up to five TR86 panels can run from a single RZ45 unit, controlling up to five separate zones.

Installation is straightforward using a standard network cable (Cat5e or similar) with an 8P8C RJ45 connector, which carries both signal and power. The panel runs up to 100m directly powered from the RZ45, or up to 1km when you add a separate 24Vdc supply. Controls cover sources 1 to 4 over USB, the local input, mute and level up and down. The plate measures 86 x 86 x 38mm with a 38mm mounting depth and weighs 128g.
