Description
The Adastra HC9U450 is a hinged 9U wall cabinet built for 19" rack-mount equipment. The whole cabinet swings out on a lockable rear section, so once it is fixed to the wall you can reach the back panels of your gear for connections and wiring without unbolting anything. Removable side panels and a lockable front door give you easy access from every side, which makes installation and servicing far quicker than a fixed enclosure.
Construction is cold-rolled steel with folded edges for strength, finished in an epoxy powder coat to RAL9004. The front door carries a 5mm pane of tempered (toughened) glass set within folded steel edge panels, and it can be mounted to open from the left or right to suit your space. Both the front door and the hinged rear section lock, and each comes with two keys. Top and bottom knock-outs handle cable feeds, so power and signal runs stay tidy.
Front and rear rack strips are supplied, letting you set the mounting depth to fit equipment with overhanging fittings or to support the rear of heavier units. Assembly is straightforward, and the cabinet takes a maximum static load of 60kg in total. It meets ANSI/EIA RS-310-D, IEC297-2, DIN41491 and ETSI standards, so it works with standard 19" hardware. A practical, secure choice for professional installs where rear access matters.
