This add-on package brings sound to washrooms, corridors and other smaller areas within a commercial PA system. It pairs four EC36V mini 3" ceiling speakers with a compact 60W US-series slave amplifier, giving you everything needed to extend coverage into spaces that the main system might otherwise miss. The kit suits installers who want a straightforward way to add a few extra zones without rebuilding the whole setup.

The clever part is how the slave amplifier works. It can take the existing 100V speaker feed as its signal input, so you simply connect the 100V input of the US amplifier to the last speaker in line, treating it as if it were another speaker, and then power the mini ceiling speakers from it. The amplifier can be rack mounted in pairs or fixed to a wall or under a worktop, so it fits neatly into most installations. If you use lower tappings, you can add more speakers to the amplifier, as long as the total combined speaker wattage stays below 90% of its maximum output power.

The package includes 50m of speaker cable and a 0.5m twin RCA link lead to connect the mixer or amp output. The amplifier, cables and speakers are packed separately for easier handling on site. When extending speaker cable, use a terminal block and take care not to short the positive and negative together. Larger packages with 8 or 12 mini ceiling speakers are also available if you need to cover more rooms from a single amplifier.
