Description

The Vanessa is a 2 light wall fitting built around a rectangular frame of clear glass rods, held in a polished chrome surround. Two curved chrome arms extend into the centre of the frame, each supporting an E14 bulb holder topped with a small crystal sconce. A pull cord switch on the front of the fitting controls the circuit without needing a wall switch behind.

Designed for hallways, landings, dining rooms and bedrooms where a wall-mounted fitting provides ambient light without ceiling wiring, the Vanessa projects 140mm from the wall once installed. The pull cord makes it particularly useful in older properties where wall switching was not originally fitted, or in bedside positions where local control is preferred. The 250mm width suits single-width walls and narrow hallway sections without dominating the space.

The glass rods form vertical lines across the face of the fitting, softening and diffusing light from the two bulbs inside. The polished chrome finish on the frame and arms reflects surrounding light, adding brightness to the immediate wall area. The small crystal sconces at the top of each arm add faceted detail without the weight or projection of full crystal droplets. The fitting accepts two E14 candle bulbs up to 60W each (sold separately), giving flexibility to choose warm white, cool white or dimmable LED bulbs depending on the room.
