Description

The Cool is a 540mm outdoor table lamp made from opal white polyethylene with a white epoxy-coated metal base, housing two E27 bulbs that light both the upper mushroom-shaped shade and the lower stem. The IP65 rating seals the lamp against rain and dust, allowing it to sit outdoors year-round on patios, terraces, balconies and poolside tables without needing to be brought under cover.

Designed for ambient rather than task lighting, the Cool casts a 360° glow through the translucent polyethylene body, turning the entire lamp into a soft diffuser. The dual bulbs create a balanced spread of light from top and bottom, avoiding the single-point glare typical of overhead garden lights. The 380mm diameter footprint is stable on outdoor dining tables, low walls and planter edges without tipping in moderate wind. The lamp is also dimmable when paired with appropriate E27 dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer, allowing brightness to be adjusted for early evening dining or late-night ambience.

The opal white polyethylene shell is UV-stable and resistant to fading, cracking and discolouration from prolonged sun exposure. The smooth matte finish hides fingerprints and smudges better than gloss surfaces, making it practical for outdoor use where hands frequently move furniture and lamps around.
