Description

The QTX QUEST-15A is an active PA speaker (powered PA cabinet in US terms) with an inbuilt amplifier housed in a moulded polypropylene enclosure. It's built around a class-AB amplifier and rated at 880W peak, which gives you a self-contained sound system without needing a separate amp rack. The cabinet is fitted with rear wheels for easy moving, and there's a 35mm pole mount socket on the base so you can raise it on a speaker stand.

Connectivity covers most working situations. There are separate inputs for a microphone and a line level source, each with its own volume setting, and you can connect via jack, XLR, RCA (phono) or minijack. The inbuilt media player has independent volume control too, accepting USB or SD media loaded with mp3 tracks, or running as an FM tuner or Bluetooth receiver. Treble and bass tone controls shape the output, and an XLR line output lets you feed the signal on to other gear.

The internal amplifier also has an output for a passive speaker, so you can pair the QUEST-15A with a second cabinet to build a straightforward two-speaker PA setup. That makes it a practical option for DJs, stage performers and presentations where you want everything in one box.
