Description
The Zon is a 22cm diameter flush ceiling light with an integrated 24W LED module casting warm 3000K light through a white acrylic diffuser, enclosed by a shallow matte gold aluminium drum. At just 6cm projection from the ceiling, the fitting sits close to the surface, making it a practical choice for rooms with ceiling heights below 2.4m or spaces where pendant lights would intrude into headroom.
Designed for bedrooms, hallways, small living rooms and bathrooms (outside shower zones due to IP20 rating), the Zon provides general ambient lighting across a 9-12m² floor area. The flush-mount installation fixes directly to a standard UK ceiling rose or junction box, with the aluminium cover concealing all wiring and fixings once fitted. The warm 3000K colour temperature sits in the same range as traditional incandescent bulbs, producing a soft white light without the cooler blue tones of daylight LEDs.
The matte gold finish on the aluminium drum is brushed rather than polished, giving a soft metallic accent that pairs with brass hardware, warm timber finishes and both contemporary and classical interiors. The integrated LED is non-replaceable but rated for 25,000+ hours of use — approximately 11 years at 6 hours per day — and draws 24W on 220-240V mains, replacing a traditional 150W incandescent equivalent while using 84% less power.

Frequently Asked
Is the LED replaceable?
No. The 24W LED module is integrated into the fitting and cannot be replaced. The LED is rated for 25,000+ hours of use, which equates to approximately 11 years at 6 hours per day before light output degrades to 70% of original brightness.
What room size does it suit?
The 24W output and 22cm diameter work best in rooms between 9-12m² — a small bedroom, hallway, bathroom or study. For larger living rooms or open-plan areas, consider pairing multiple Zon fittings or using a larger-diameter flush light.
Can it be used in bathrooms?
The IP20 rating means the fitting is not splash-proof, so it cannot be installed in shower enclosures or directly above a bath. It can be used in the general bathroom area outside of defined wet zones.
Is it dimmable?
Dimmer compatibility is not specified in the manufacturer data. Most integrated LED flush lights of this type are not dimmable unless explicitly stated. Contact us before pairing with a dimmer switch to confirm compatibility.
