Description
The Zephyrus is a 300mm square LED ceiling or wall light with an integrated 4000K LED source behind a white plastic diffuser. The painted steel frame sits flat against the ceiling or wall, projecting 300mm from the mounting surface when wall-mounted. The diffuser spreads the LED light evenly across the 30cm face, providing general illumination without visible hotspots or shadow lines.
Designed as a dual-mount fitting, the Zephyrus works as a flush ceiling light in hallways, bathrooms, home offices and utility rooms, or as a wall light in corridors where ceiling mounting is not practical. The 4000K colour temperature sits in the neutral white range, offering brighter, cooler light than warm-white alternatives and closer to natural daylight. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor locations — not suitable for shower zones or outdoor use.
The 30cm square format suits rooms where a compact ceiling fitting is needed but a circular downlight would look out of place. The white finish on both the frame and diffuser blends with white or light-coloured ceilings, keeping the fitting visually recessive. The integrated LED is non-replaceable, rated for approximately 30,000 hours of use before requiring replacement of the entire fitting.

Frequently Asked
Is the Zephyrus dimmable?
No. The integrated LED operates on full brightness only and is not compatible with dimmer switches.
Can it be used in a bathroom?
The IP20 rating means it can be used in bathrooms outside shower zones, typically at least 600mm from a bath or shower cubicle. It cannot be used directly above a bath or in a shower enclosure where an IP44 or IP65 rating is required.
What is the colour temperature and why does it matter?
The 4000K colour temperature is neutral white, cooler and brighter than the warm white (2700K-3000K) typically used in living rooms. This makes it better suited to task-oriented rooms like home offices, utility rooms and bathrooms where clarity and alertness matter more than warmth.
Can the LED be replaced when it fails?
No. The LED is integrated into the fitting and non-replaceable. Rated for approximately 30,000 hours, the LED should last 10-15 years under typical domestic use before the entire fitting needs replacing.
