Description

The Windsor is a 1214mm crown-style chandelier with 12 E14 candle bulb positions arranged across two tiers of wrought metalwork, finished in a gold patina and accented with cut crystal droplets. The frame is built around a central hub that supports an upper tier of six arms radiating outward and a lower tier of six arms set within a band of curved metalwork, forming a crown silhouette when viewed from below.

Designed for grand dining rooms, double-height entrance halls and drawing rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Windsor provides both ambient light from the 12 candle flames and decorative presence from the metalwork and crystal detail. The 3000mm chain length is adjustable on installation, allowing the chandelier to be positioned 1121mm to 4082mm below the ceiling fixing depending on room proportions. The gold patina finish adds warmth to the metalwork and complements traditional, classical and period interiors.

Each arm supports a single E14 candle bulb (sold separately), with the crystal droplets positioned to catch and refract light across the lower tier of the frame. The hand-crafted construction by Elstead Lighting means minor variations in the patina tone and metalwork detail occur between individual pieces. At 890mm body height and 1214mm diameter, the Windsor occupies significant visual and physical space and suits rooms where a large-scale centrepiece is appropriate.
