Description

The Whistling is a 330mm flush ceiling light from Quoizel with three E27 bulb fittings housed inside a clear glass dome, mounted on a brushed brass frame. The IP44 rating allows installation in bathroom zones 2 and 3, where the fitting may encounter water spray and humidity but not direct immersion. The 238mm overall height from ceiling to base of the glass dome suits rooms with ceiling heights from 2.3m upward.

Designed for bathrooms, utility rooms, hallways and compact kitchens where a semi-flush or full pendant would sit too low, the Whistling provides general ambient lighting from three bulbs while the clear glass diffuses the light evenly across the room. The three E27 sockets accept standard Edison screw bulbs up to 40W each (sold separately), allowing the user to choose LED, halogen or decorative filament bulbs depending on the desired light output and colour temperature.

The brushed brass finish on the ceiling plate and internal frame gives a warm metallic accent that pairs with both traditional brass fixtures (taps, towel rails) and warm-toned contemporary interiors. The clear glass dome is hand-blown, so minor variations in thickness and form are characteristic of the manufacturing process. The 330mm diameter keeps the fitting compact enough for single-sink bathrooms and cloakrooms without overwhelming the ceiling plane.
