Description

The Waverly is a 3-light chandelier with a brushed nickel frame and three clear seeded glass shades, each housing an E27 bulb (sold separately). The frame consists of three curved arms rising from a central stem, with decorative turned detailing at the joints and a matching ceiling canopy. The seeded glass shades show subtle air bubbles trapped in the glass during manufacturing, giving a textured appearance when lit.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and living rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Waverly provides ambient and decorative lighting through three individual bulb sources. The 560mm diameter suits tables up to 1800mm long or hallway spaces 2-3m wide. The chain is adjustable on installation from 717mm minimum drop to 2575mm maximum, allowing the chandelier to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining table or hung lower in double-height entrance halls.

The brushed nickel finish provides a mid-tone metallic surface that sits between the warmer tones of brass and the cooler reflections of polished chrome, pairing comfortably with both warm and cool-toned interiors. The seeded glass diffuses light without blocking it entirely, so the bulb filaments remain visible through the textured glass when the chandelier is lit. Each shade accepts a standard E27 bulb up to 60W, giving control over light temperature and brightness depending on the bulb chosen.

The 717mm minimum drop plus the 591mm fitting height requires a ceiling height of approximately 2.4m minimum for clearance above a dining table. The chain can be extended up to 2575mm total drop for double-height entrance halls or stairwells.

What size dining table does it suit?

The 560mm diameter works above dining tables up to 1800mm long and 900-1000mm wide. For larger tables, consider spacing two Waverly chandeliers along the table length rather than using a single larger fitting.

Is the seeded glass a defect?

No. The seeded glass effect is intentional — small air bubbles are trapped in the glass during manufacturing to create texture and visual interest when the chandelier is lit. Each shade shows slightly different bubble distribution, which is characteristic of the seeded glass style.
