Vividara G9 Wall Light - White

The Vividara is a 70mm cubic wall light finished in matt white steel, housing a single G9 bulb fitting that directs light both upwards and downwards through open top and bottom apertures. The light exits through the horizontal plane, casting wash light onto the wall surface above and below the fitting rather than projecting forward into the room.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and staircases where accent lighting is needed without a strong forward projection, the Vividara provides ambient wall wash rather than task lighting. The 60mm projection keeps the fitting close to the wall, making it suitable for narrow corridors and passageways where a deeper fixture would intrude on circulation space. The G9 bulb fitting accepts halogen or LED capsule bulbs up to the rated wattage (sold separately), and the fixture is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

The matt white finish on the steel housing provides a neutral colour that recedes into white and light-coloured walls, allowing the light effect to dominate rather than the fitting itself. The cubic geometry gives a clean modern profile that pairs with mid-century, Scandinavian and contemporary interiors. Multiple Vividara fittings can be installed at regular intervals along a hallway or staircase wall to create rhythmic accent lighting without the visual weight of larger wall lights.

What bulb does the Vividara take?

The fitting takes a single G9 capsule bulb (sold separately). Most users pair this with a 3-5W LED G9 in 2700K-3000K warm white for hallway and bedroom applications. The fitting is dimmable when used with a dimmable G9 bulb and a compatible dimmer.

Does the light project forward or onto the wall?

The Vividara directs light upwards and downwards through open apertures at the top and bottom of the cubic housing, creating wash light on the wall surface above and below the fitting. Very little light projects forward into the room, making it an accent fixture rather than a task light.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

The IP20 rating limits the Vividara to dry indoor locations only. It cannot be used in bathrooms or other areas where moisture or water spray is present. For bathroom wall lighting, look for fixtures rated IP44 or higher.
