Description

The Vesper is a 200mm diameter pendant light with a conical shade formed from etched blown glass, finished in matt black on the exterior with a white interior. The etched surface gives the glass a fine textured finish that diffuses light evenly while maintaining the clean geometric profile of the cone. A single E14 bulb (sold separately) sits inside the shade, and the white interior reflects light back through the glass to soften the output.

Designed for kitchens, dining areas and hallways, the Vesper works as a single pendant over a breakfast bar or in multiples spaced 600-800mm apart along a kitchen island or corridor. The 2000mm cable is adjustable during installation, allowing the pendant to hang 500-700mm above a worktop or 700-900mm above a dining table depending on ceiling height. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor areas only.

The matt black exterior pairs with both industrial and contemporary interiors, while the 260mm overall height (shade plus canopy) gives the pendant enough visual presence to register in a 2.4m-high room without dominating smaller spaces. The etched glass finish hides fingerprints and dust better than smooth glass, and the white interior prevents the black exterior from absorbing too much light output. The pendant is dimmable when paired with a compatible E14 dimmable bulb and appropriate dimmer switch.
