Description

The Veridan is a 640mm marble table lamp built around a solid rectangular marble block, fronted by an interlocking geometric brass framework and topped with a rectangular white PVC shade. A slim brushed brass stem rises from the centre of the stone to a single E27 lamp socket, finished at the top with a small turned brass finial. The marble shows soft natural veining across its faces, set against the warm metallic tone of the brass detailing.

Sized at 400mm wide and 200mm deep, the Veridan suits console tables in entrance halls, sideboards in living rooms and larger bedside tables where a substantial table lamp is wanted without overwhelming the surface. The rectilinear shade and rectangular base give the lamp a strong architectural footprint, working well in pairs flanking a sofa, console or bed. Cable exits at the rear of the marble block, allowing the lamp to sit close to a wall.

The marble block is the dominant material feature, with the brass framework applied as a raised graphic pattern across the lower front face. This layered construction creates depth and shadow on the stone rather than sitting flush, and the brushed brass plinth beneath the marble lifts the base slightly to reinforce the vertical stance. The combination of cool stone, warm brass and a crisp white shade keeps the palette restrained and pairs cleanly with both contemporary and classical interiors.
