Description
The Vantoro is a single pendant light built around a 130mm travertine cone shade paired with a slim cylindrical wood stem in a light beige finish. A small brass-toned cap at the top of the stem connects to a brown fabric-braided cable. The fitting takes a single G9 lamp (sold separately) housed inside the open base of the cone, which acts as the diffuser through its naturally pitted stone surface.
Designed for kitchen islands, breakfast bars, bedside positions and dining tables, the narrow 130mm diameter makes the Vantoro suitable for hanging in clusters of two, three or five at varying drops. The compact 200mm shade height and slender stem keep sight lines open across a worktop or table, so several pendants can be grouped without visually crowding the space. The G9 socket accepts standard capsule LEDs up to typical retrofit ratings, allowing the colour temperature and output to be tailored on installation.
Travertine is a natural sedimentary stone, so each shade carries its own pattern of pores, speckling and tonal shifts between cream and warm beige. The light wood stem above shows a soft open grain that complements the stone rather than matching it, giving the pendant a two-tone material composition. When lit, the open underside of the cone casts a focused downward beam onto the surface below, while a softer wash glows through the thinner sections of the stone wall.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does the Vantoro take?
The pendant uses a single G9 capsule lamp, sold separately. Most buyers fit a warm-white LED G9 between 2700K and 3000K to bring out the natural warmth of the travertine and wood.
Can it be hung in a cluster over a kitchen island or dining table?
Yes. The narrow 130mm shade diameter and slim stem suit grouped installations. For a 1.8-2.4m island, two or three Vantoro pendants spaced 400-500mm apart works well, hung roughly 700-800mm above the worktop.
Does each travertine shade look the same?
No. Travertine is a natural stone, so the pore pattern, speckling and tonal variation differ between individual shades. This is a feature of the material rather than a defect.
How is the travertine cleaned?
Travertine is porous. Dust regularly with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For marks, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water and dry immediately. Avoid acidic cleaners, household sprays and polishes, which can stain or etch the stone.
