Description

The Trilogy is a 406mm diameter flush ceiling light with a seeded glass shade encased in an old bronze metal frame, housing three E27 bulb sockets. The seeded glass contains small air bubbles frozen into the moulding process, scattering light as it passes through and softening the direct output from exposed-filament bulbs.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.3-2.6m where a pendant would hang too low, the Trilogy sits just 180mm below the ceiling plane. The shallow profile suits hallways, bedrooms, kitchens with lower ceilings, and period properties where ceiling roses were not originally wired for pendants. The 406mm footprint provides sufficient light spread across a 3-4m room when fitted with three medium-output bulbs.

The old bronze finish has a dark, oxidised patina that reads almost charcoal in low light and warms to a coppery undertone in direct daylight. The metal framework holds the seeded glass drum in place with visible fixings that reinforce the industrial-traditional crossover aesthetic. Each of the three E27 sockets accepts bulbs up to 60W (180W total load), giving flexibility to choose between warm LED filament bulbs for ambient lighting or higher-output bulbs for task lighting in a home office or reading corner.
