Description

Our Treasures cabinet is not a chest of drawers, but a long low cabinet that keeps everything behind sliding doors. It is designed to sit quietly along a wall while still holding plenty, with three solid oak sliding doors that glide across the front and curved upholstered end panels that soften each side. It rests on four round tapered legs, lifting the whole piece clear of the floor so the shape stays light rather than boxy. At 150cm wide and 75cm tall, it gives us generous room to store without dominating a space.

The dark oak brings a deep, warm tone to the sliding doors, and we have paired it with the Venetian Cane upholstery on the curved ends for a gentle contrast in texture. Made from solid oak, faux leather, particle board, steel and polyester, it is built to hold up to daily use. Inside, each shelf takes up to 15kg when the weight is spread evenly, and the top surface holds up to 50kg the same way, so you can rely on it for books, glassware or a run of framed photographs. It weighs 47kg once complete, and with a depth of just 43cm it tucks neatly against a wall in a hallway, living room or dining space.

Assembly takes around 40 minutes, and we have put together an assembly video to walk you through each step at your own pace. To keep the finish looking its best, we suggest wiping the oak with a soft dry cloth and avoiding harsh cleaners on the upholstered end panels.
