Treasures 2-door Oak Cabinet 109cm - White Sands

Across our Treasures range we stock three oak finishes and a choice of eight colourways, and here we bring you the version we return to again and again: a low two-door cabinet finished in White Sands. Measuring 109cm wide, 75cm high and 43cm deep, it sits on four round tapered legs that lift the whole piece and keep it feeling light in a room. Two solid oak sliding doors run smoothly across the front, so you can reach what you need without swinging anything into the space in front of you.

The curved upholstered end panels give this cabinet its softer look, wrapping the sides in faux leather while the warmth of the oak carries across the doors. Inside, we have kept things practical: the shelf takes an evenly distributed load of up to 15kg, and the top holds up to 50kg when the weight is spread across the surface, so it works just as well beneath a television as it does holding books, glassware or a lamp or two. At 36kg it feels reassuringly solid once it is in place, and we reckon on around 40 minutes of assembly, with a video on hand from us if you would like to follow along step by step.

The cabinet is made from solid oak, faux leather, particle board, steel and polyester, part of our Horizons S construction. To keep the White Sands finish looking its best, wipe the surfaces with a soft dry cloth and deal with any spills quickly rather than letting them settle. We like this piece low against a wall in a living room or hallway, where the matt colour and the pale oak sit easily alongside grey seating and warmer wood tones, though it holds its own in a bedroom just as happily.
