Light plays gently across our Treasures 2-door Dark Oak Cabinet, catching the warm grain of the solid oak sliding doors and settling on the calm Sterling tone that gives this piece its quiet character. The top is a generous surface at 75cm high, ready for a table lamp base, a run of framed photographs or a shallow bowl for keys and post. With two doors that slide rather than swing, we kept the front clear of any obstruction, so you can reach what is stored inside without needing extra room to open outwards. It measures 109cm wide and 43cm deep, a low and steady footprint that sits comfortably against a wall or beneath a window.

Behind those doors we fitted internal shelving, giving you a place to keep books, glassware or everyday clutter out of sight. The curved upholstered end panels are finished in faux leather, softening the sides and lending a rounded shape that we think reads warmer than a plain box. Four round tapered legs in steel lift the whole thing off the floor, which keeps the look light and makes cleaning underneath simple. The frame combines solid oak, particle board and polyester from our Horizons S range, and the cabinet weighs 36kg once built, so it stands firm in daily use.

Each internal shelf is rated to a maximum load of 15kg and the top surface to 50kg, with both figures assuming weight is spread evenly rather than piled in one corner.
