Light falls softly across the top of our Treasures 2-door Black Oak Cabinet, catching the warm grain of the solid oak and giving you a surface that feels ready to work. At 109cm wide and 75cm tall, it offers a generous top for a pair of lamps, a run of framed prints or the pieces you like to keep close at hand. It is a low, useful cabinet, so the surface sits at a height that suits a living room, a hallway or the space behind a sofa, and we think you will find plenty of ways to make it your own.

Two solid oak sliding doors open to reveal the storage within, gliding sideways rather than swinging out, which keeps things tidy in tighter rooms. The curved upholstered end panels are finished in Venetian Cane, a soft neutral tone that we chose to warm the Black Oak frame, and the whole cabinet stands on four round tapered legs that lift it clear of the floor. Inside, each shelf takes a maximum load of 15kg, while the top holds up to 50kg, both figures applying when weight is spread evenly across the surface. We keep the footprint compact at 43cm deep, so it tucks neatly against a wall.

Assembly takes around 40 minutes and we provide a video to guide you through it. To care for the oak and the upholstered panels, we suggest a soft dry cloth and keeping the surfaces out of direct sunlight to hold their colour. Style it with a lamp and a low bowl for an easy, grounded look that works across the home.
