Made from solid oak, oak veneered MDF and venetian cane, our Together Sleek Rectangle Coffee Table Low brings together warm timber and natural weave in one low, grounded piece. The legs are solid oak, fixed with threaded rods for a firm join, while the plate combines veneered surfaces with solid oak lipping under a clear coat wood finish. We chose the Oak shade here for its pale, open tone, one that sits happily against neutrals or deeper accents in a living room. The rectangular top has softly rounded corners, so there are no sharp edges to catch a passing knee, and the whole table reads as calm and unfussy rather than heavy.

The detail we return to most is the woven lower tier. Set beneath the main surface, this venetian cane shelf gives you a second level for magazines, a stack of books or a small tray, and it keeps everyday clutter tidy without closing the table off. At 100cm wide and 60cm deep, the top offers plenty of room for a table lamp base, mugs and a remote or two, while the low 37.8cm height keeps it in proportion beside a sofa.
