Description
The Stelo is a 2-light LED wall light built around a central brass fitting that extends two transparent glass tube shades vertically above and below a circular backplate. Each tube houses an integrated 7W 3000K LED strip, giving a total output of 14W warm white light diffused through the glass. The brass finish is applied to the metal body, backplate and fittings that hold the glass tubes in place.
Designed for hallways, bedroom walls, bathroom mirrors (IP20 rated, so Zone 3 only) and either side of feature walls in living spaces, the Stelo works as both functional illumination and a vertical accent. The 56.6cm height fits well on walls with 2.4m ceilings when mounted at typical switch height (120-140cm from floor), providing up-and-down wash light across painted or textured wall surfaces. The 12cm width keeps the projection minimal, suitable for narrower hallways or alcoves.
The transparent glass tubes allow the LED strip inside to be visible when lit, creating a glowing column effect rather than hiding the light source. The brass body provides a warm metallic accent that pairs with both warm-toned interiors and neutral greys. The fixture is supplied ready-wired with integrated non-replaceable LEDs, so no separate bulbs are required. The CRI of 80 maintains reasonable colour accuracy for residential use, though not to the standard required for art display or retail fitting rooms.

Frequently Asked
Are the LEDs replaceable?
No. The Stelo uses integrated LED strips that are built into the fixture and are not user-replaceable. The LEDs are rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use, which translates to around 10-15 years at typical residential usage levels.
Can this be used in a bathroom?
The IP20 rating means the Stelo is suitable for dry indoor areas only. In a bathroom it can be used in Zone 3 (outside the zones, typically more than 60cm from a shower or bath) but not in Zones 0, 1 or 2 where water splash or steam is present.
Is it dimmable?
Dimmer compatibility is not stated in the specification. Most integrated LED wall lights of this type are not compatible with standard dimmer switches unless explicitly designed for it. Contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm.
What wall surface is needed for fitting?
The circular backplate mounts to a standard wall using screws into plugs (for masonry) or direct into a stud (for plasterboard with backing). The fitting is hardwired to the mains, so a qualified electrician should complete the installation.
