Description

The Sparx Corner LED Connector is a 90-degree angled track component with an integrated 8W 3000K LED, designed to maintain continuous illumination around corners in modular track lighting systems. The white-finished aluminium housing forms a right-angle profile measuring 151mm along each arm, allowing track runs to turn corners without dark gaps or requiring separate corner fittings and additional light sources.

Suited to kitchens with L-shaped worktop layouts, retail spaces with perimeter track runs, galleries where lighting needs to follow wall angles, and offices where track lighting wraps around structural columns or room corners. The connector clips into compatible track rails on both sides of the corner, providing both the mechanical join and the light source in a single component. The IP20 rating limits use to indoor dry locations.

The white powder-coated aluminium finish matches standard white track rail systems from Ideal Lux and provides a neutral backdrop that recedes against white ceilings. The 3000K colour temperature sits between warm white (2700K) and neutral white (4000K), providing enough warmth for residential and hospitality settings while remaining clean enough for commercial and retail applications. The LED is non-dimmable and fixed within the housing.

The Sparx Corner Connector is designed for Ideal Lux track rail systems. It may not be compatible with track rails from other manufacturers due to differences in rail profile, clip mechanism and electrical contact design. Confirm compatibility with your existing track before ordering.

No. The integrated 8W LED is non-dimmable and runs at full output when the track circuit is powered.

Does it provide light in both directions around the corner?

The single 8W LED sits within the corner housing and provides light output that illuminates the area around the corner turn. The exact beam pattern depends on the LED module's lens and reflector design, but it functions as a single light source positioned at the corner rather than two separate directional beams.
