Description

The Sparkeon-2 is a single-head GU10 spotlight finished in white powder-coated die-cast aluminium, with a cylindrical head that rotates and tilts on a rectangular wall plate. The head measures 70mm wide by 77mm high and projects 130mm from the wall when angled, housing a single GU10 bulb (sold separately) behind a clear glass lens.

Designed for task and accent lighting in kitchens, home offices, galleries and retail displays where directed light is needed onto worktops, desks, artwork or merchandise. The adjustable head allows the beam to be angled from near-vertical down to approximately 45° outward, covering a spread of focal points without needing multiple fittings. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor areas away from bathroom zones.

The white finish suits minimalist and Scandinavian interiors where wall fittings are meant to recede into white or light-toned walls, leaving only the directed light beam visible. The die-cast aluminium construction provides a solid pivot joint that holds its position once adjusted, rather than drifting under the weight of the bulb. Dimmable when paired with a dimmable GU10 LED and compatible dimmer switch.

The spotlight takes a single GU10 bulb, sold separately. Most users pair this with a 4-6W LED GU10 in either warm white (2700-3000K) for ambient accent lighting or cool white (4000K) for task lighting over kitchen worktops or desks.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when fitted with a dimmable GU10 LED bulb and connected to a compatible LED dimmer switch. The fitting itself is dimmable-ready but the actual dimming performance depends on the bulb and dimmer combination.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is not splash-proof and must be installed in dry indoor areas only, away from bathroom zones where moisture or direct water contact is possible.

How much does the head adjust?

The cylindrical head rotates approximately 350° on the wall plate and tilts from near-vertical (pointing down) to around 45° outward. Once positioned, the die-cast pivot joint holds the angle without drifting.
