Description

The Solisca is a 500mm diameter LED flush ceiling/wall light with a white painted metal base and central reflecting disc, finished with a satin opal polycarbonate diffuser. The integrated 28W LED produces 3000K warm white light that spreads evenly across the diffuser surface without visible hotspots or glare.

Designed for living rooms, hallways, bedrooms and large kitchens with ceiling heights of 2.3-3.0m, the Solisca provides ambient light rather than directed task lighting. The 50mm projection from ceiling or wall makes it suitable for rooms where a pendant would hang too low or where a low ceiling requires surface-mounted lighting. The dual-mount design allows vertical wall installation in corridors or above headboards where ceiling positions are not practical.

The white metal finish and circular profile suit contemporary, Scandinavian and minimalist interiors. The satin opal diffuser hides the internal LED circuit board and reflector plate from view, presenting as a single even light source when lit. The polycarbonate diffuser is impact-resistant and can be wiped clean with a damp microfibre cloth. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry internal spaces — not suitable for bathrooms or covered outdoor areas.

Yes. The Solisca is designed for both ceiling and wall mounting. On walls it works well in hallways, corridors, or above a bed headboard where a ceiling pendant would not provide adequate light coverage.

Is the LED replaceable?

No. The LED is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The integrated LED is rated for approximately 30,000 hours of use, equivalent to around 15-20 years under typical residential lighting patterns.

What room size does this suit?

The 28W output and 500mm diameter make the Solisca suitable for rooms of 15-25m². Smaller rooms may find it too bright for ambient use; larger rooms may need two fittings or supplementary task lighting.
