Description

The Solis is a recessed LED spotlight built from die-cast aluminium finished in matt black, housing an integrated 30W LED light source rated at 4000K neutral white. The cylindrical fitting installs flush into plasterboard or panel ceilings with a 150mm diameter aperture, and the lamp head rotates 360° on its horizontal axis and tilts up to 90° out of the ceiling plane, allowing directional control of the light beam after installation.

Designed for task and accent lighting in residential and commercial spaces, the Solis delivers focused illumination to worktops, retail displays, office desks, corridors and gallery walls. The 4000K colour temperature gives a neutral white light closer to daylight than warm white alternatives, providing clear visibility for detailed work without the warmth of 3000K or the clinical harshness of 6000K. The 30W output provides sufficient brightness for a 3-4m ceiling height directed at a work surface approximately 1.5-2m below the fitting.

The matt black finish absorbs reflections and sits flush with dark ceilings, or creates a deliberate contrast against lighter ceiling tones. The die-cast aluminium body dissipates heat generated by the LED module efficiently enough to maintain the rated 50,000-hour lifespan across typical 8-10 hour daily use cycles.
