Description
The Solis is a 25W LED track spotlight built around an extruded aluminium cylindrical body finished in matt black, designed for three-phase track systems. The integrated LED produces 3000K warm white light through symmetrical optics with a manually adjustable beam angle from 20° narrow spot to 55° wide flood, allowing the light spread to be tailored to the subject being lit without replacing the fitting.
Designed for retail, hospitality, gallery and museum installations where lighting configurations need to be changed or repositioned regularly, the Solis clips onto three-phase track rails and rotates 350° horizontally and 90° vertically on the mounting joint. The three-phase track allows multiple spotlights to be controlled on separate circuits from a single rail, making it possible to zone lighting across shop floors or exhibition walls without rewiring. The spotlight is dimmable via the three-phase control system, giving flexibility over brightness levels for different times of day or display requirements.
The extruded aluminium body dissipates heat passively without requiring a fan, keeping the fitting silent during operation. The matt black finish absorbs ambient light rather than reflecting it, helping the spotlight itself recede visually when pointed at artwork or products. At 247mm length and 72mm diameter, the Solis provides a focussed 25W output without the bulk of older halogen track spotlights that required 50-75W for comparable brightness. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor environments including shops, galleries, showrooms and commercial office spaces.

Frequently Asked
What type of track does it fit?
The Solis fits three-phase track systems, which use three separate circuits within a single rail to allow zoned control over multiple spotlights. It does not fit single-circuit track or two-wire systems. Confirm your existing track type before ordering.
How is the beam angle adjusted?
The beam angle is manually adjustable from 20° to 55° using a rotating collar at the front of the spotlight head. This allows the light spread to be narrowed for accent lighting on small objects or widened for general wash lighting across larger areas.
Is it dimmable, and how?
Yes. The spotlight is dimmable when used with a three-phase dimming system that controls the track circuit. It cannot be dimmed using a standard wall dimmer switch unless the entire track system is wired through one.
What colour temperature does it produce?
The integrated LED is rated at 3000K, producing warm white light comparable to halogen spotlights. This colour temperature suits retail and hospitality environments where warmer tones are preferred over the cooler daylight tones of 4000K or 5000K LEDs.
