The Solace is a 42mm square surface-mounted LED downlight with an integrated 4W 3000K LED behind a transparent satin acrylic diffuser. The body, base and ring are powder-coated aluminium in a matt white finish. The surface-mount design projects 42mm from the ceiling and provides a geometric alternative to recessed downlights where ceiling void depth is limited or where a defined architectural accent is preferred.

Designed for hallways, kitchens, bathrooms (IP20 rated — Zone 3 only), living rooms and commercial spaces, the Solace provides even ambient light with minimal glare. The 3000K colour temperature produces warm white light comparable to halogen, while the satin acrylic diffuser spreads the beam to avoid harsh shadows directly beneath the fitting. The dimmable LED is compatible with most trailing-edge and some leading-edge dimmers — contact us to confirm compatibility with a specific dimmer model before purchase.
