The Solace is a 42mm round surface-mounted LED downlight with a white powder-coated aluminium body housing an integrated 4W LED at 4000K. The LED sits behind a transparent satin acrylic diffuser that spreads the light evenly downwards, giving glare-free illumination suitable for close viewing in kitchens, hallways, home offices and corridors.

Designed as a low-profile surface fitting rather than a recessed downlight, the Solace mounts directly onto the ceiling without requiring a cut-out or back box. The 42mm diameter and shallow cylindrical form make it unobtrusive on white or light-toned ceilings, and the surface-mount design allows it to be fitted in ceiling constructions where recessed downlights are impractical. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor areas.
