Description

The Rothbury is a three light pendant with clear ribbed glass panel shades held in an antique brass plated frame. The ribbing in the glass breaks up the light and softens it as it spreads, while the warm brass metalwork gives the fitting a classic look. It measures 450mm across, weighs around 3.8kg and hangs from an adjustable chain with a clear cable. Each of the three shades sits over an E14 lamp holder.

This pendant suits a hallway, a dining room or a living space where you want a warm, decorative centrepiece rather than a plain shade. The ribbed glass and brass reads traditional and classic, and it works over a table, in a stairwell or above a hall console. Three lamps give a gentle, even spread, and the fitting is dimmable so you can lift or lower the level to suit the time of day. A matching flush light is available to carry the look into lower rooms.

The height adjusts from 400 to 1760mm at installation, which gives real flexibility over how low it hangs. It is a Class 2 double insulated fitting, so no earth connection is needed, and its IP20 rating means dry indoor rooms only. It takes three E14 lamps of up to 6W each, and E14 LED filament bulbs suit the clear ribbed glass. Keep the glass clear with a soft, dry cloth and wipe the brass gently, switching off at the wall first. The chain and clear cable measure around 1.5 metres, giving room to hang it well down into a stairwell or over a table.
