Description

The Rosaline is a large circular five-light pendant that sets a geometric metal fretwork outer around a white fabric inner shade, with a frosted glass diffuser below to even out the light. The fretwork gives the pendant its pattern and shadow play, while the fabric shade and frosted glass soften the glow for a calm, ambient light. The frame is 750mm across and takes five E27 lamps. It comes in two finishes, a cool satin nickel and a warm gold, so you can match it to the metals already in your room.

This is a pendant for larger rooms and higher ceilings, at home over a dining table, in a hallway or above a seating area in a lounge. The mix of open fretwork and a soft inner shade means it works as a focal point without flooding the space with glare. It hangs from a height-adjustable chain with a 1.5 metre clear flex, so you can set the drop to suit the room and the height of a table beneath it.

Choose satin nickel for a cooler, contemporary look or gold plated effect for a warmer feel, both wrapped around the same white inner shade and frosted glass diffuser. It is a Class 1 fitting, so it needs an earth and is best installed by a qualified electrician, and the IP20 rating suits dry indoor rooms. It is dimmable with a compatible trailing edge dimmer and dimmable E27 lamps. Wipe the fretwork and glass with a dry, soft cloth. Matching pieces are available in the Rosaline range if you want a co-ordinated look across rooms.
