What bulbs does the Ring take?

Six G9 capsule bulbs, each up to 25W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with G9 LED bulbs between 2W and 5W in warm white (2700K-3000K) for dining and living areas.

How is the drop height adjusted?

The two suspension cables can be shortened or lengthened during installation to set the pendant anywhere between 34cm and 184cm from the ceiling. This is a one-time adjustment made during fitting, the drop is not adjustable once the pendant is hung.

What ceiling height is needed?

The Ring works best in rooms with ceiling heights between 2.7m and 3.2m. Over a dining table or kitchen island, the pendant typically sits 70-90cm above the surface, which requires at least 2.7m floor-to-ceiling clearance to avoid head strikes when standing near the table.

Can it be installed on a sloped ceiling?

The two-cable suspension system is designed for horizontal ceilings. On a sloped ceiling the ring frame may hang at an angle rather than remaining horizontal. Check with a qualified electrician before attempting installation on angled or vaulted ceilings.
